Very kind people Kindness is not something I expected from a car dealership. The sales person, the tech advisor, and the dealership managers were all very nice people, Kindness is not something I expected from a car dealership. The sales person, the tech advisor, and the dealership managers were all very nice people, thoughtful, friendly, and kind. I went in to look at the Bolt EV, and they were happy to show it to me. I’ve heard stories of dealers pushing fuel cars instead of EVs, but that never came up at all. They were very clear that they would be happy to sell me a car that I loved, and would not want to sell me a car that I did not love. It got to be lunch time, and instead of pushing the deal through mealtime, as Ourisman once did with me, these folks invited me to take an extended test drive to go get some lunch, with no commitments. I bought the car and love it. Their kindness and comeraderie made a big impression on me. I recommend the people at Koons White Marsh Chevrolet very highly. More
