Sales person was good but finance person wasn't completely honest and timely when it came to responding to issues with the finances for the vehicle I purchased. I won't recommend Christian Meiselwitz to any of my family members or friends. He is really unprofessional and irresponsible. I scheduled appointment to meet him after several called. But When I came t family members or friends. He is really unprofessional and irresponsible. I scheduled appointment to meet him after several called. But When I came to the dealer, he doesn't want to meet me. A guy came out and told me he is not available. he is really irresponsible. I have been waiting for 10 weeks to deposit the refund since I canceled the contract. The financial manager Christian told me it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks, but after 4 weeks passed it's still not deposited to my account yet. More

When all was needed was for him to listen to my complaint. Sometimes the customer actually know more about cars than Craig. I think he hasn't worked on a car himself ever. How can u trust someone like that? They just take your money and never learn about the vehicles they service. Unbelievably bad customer service. More

He will give you a bunch of YES or he is doing it. It's already been 9 weeks since I canceled the contract that I don't need. I contacted him many times but he ignored me. The most surprising thing to me is I scheduled to meet him in person last Saturday, he confirmed it, but when I was there he pissed me off and he didn't say “hi” to me. Just one of his coworkers was sent to handle the situation. I hope this staff can do it well. Today I called him and asked how the process was going. He said he submitted it and it’ll take a couple weeks again. When I asked for the previous one, if I wanted to know I had to call my lien holder. So, if I need to do it myself, what are the fees that I paid for? More
