I purchased a vehicle from Lake Ford and had several issues. I was quoted one payment but given a much higher number in finance. I was told the vehicle was white, but when I arrived it was a different c issues. I was quoted one payment but given a much higher number in finance. Before finalizing financing, they took my phone and had me complete their dealership review, which felt pressured and inappropriate. I was also signed up for $6,350 in warranties and add‑ons I didn’t want, and it took a month to get that money refunded. I was told they would match or beat my pre‑approved interest rate, but the rate they gave me was higher. Within days I reported a dent in the hood, and another Ford dealer later documented a second dent. My local Ford dealer is willing to fix it, but Lake Ford refuses to authorize the repair and insists I drive 87.7 miles one way back to them for damage that was present at delivery. I spent $46,000 and expected honesty and support. That wasn’t my experience. More

However, Alec and Nathan kindly guided me through the process and reassured me when I had doubts. They were always straightforward, honest and knowledgeable in their dealings with me. When the day finally arrived, they were pleasant and professional, and didn’t play any games or try to inject unforeseen changes to the price. They went through all details of the transaction and the vehicle and it was a very pleasant experience to buy from them. I will definitely purchase my next Ford from them. More
