Well aside from the fact that the mechanic used the wrong socket on the nuts instead of using a correct size one. And charging 3% on credit card is a big turn off. At first I was confused by the damage that was described n that it wasn't covered by my service contract and after a week or so a service person told me to call my auto insurance, that I didn't know would p n that it wasn't covered by my service contract and after a week or so a service person told me to call my auto insurance, that I didn't know would pay, if I had been told early on, my car would have been fixed earlier than 3 week.
