I understand how it works but when you work with Cargurus and their offer or rate for my car (that is paid off) is a certain dollar amount. DON'T come out with an insulting offer. I told them what Cargurus was suggesting and what was offered was a SLAP in the face. VERY VERY disappointed with that. And walked out the door with what Cargurus was offering.
