Easy to schedule appointment online, same day. Luis Hernandez was very professional, and explained what they would do. They tested check engine light. This lead to transmission issue. The work nee Luis Hernandez was very professional, and explained what they would do. They tested check engine light. This lead to transmission issue. The work needed Lake Ford could perform. Transmission work is not inexpensive but better than a note. So we proceeded with transmission repair and coolant flush. The Focus runs very good I am happy with the work and service provided. Lake Ford has provided service for my 2014 Focus in the past. Very professional service, very clean facility, highly recommend Lake Ford. More
