Came in for service due to screw in tire. Found out it was the same tire that already had been patched twice. AWD vehicle meant I needed to buy 2 new tires. Not the bill I was expecting. BUT. BUT...decided to see if I could trade my lease in early for lower payments and more miles. Alec, Malakai, and John ended up coming through as I was pulling out of the lot with number to get a deal done on the spot! Been using this dealership for leases for 15 years now and they've always been able to get me in to something nice with numbers in my budget. Would recommend giving them a look if you're looking for a new vehicle. Will update to 5 stars if they can throw in all weather floor mats...they got the floor mats More

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lake Ford. I flew in from Iowa to purchase a car, and I’ll be honest, buying a car is usually a nightmare. Not here. Zach and Alex were phenomenal. They were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Christian and Matt were also great to work with, and they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. On top of that, the loan officer Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. This crew made what I expected to be a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. I call in Tuesday for Thursday service. I ask about the hour I could bring my car in. They tell me they have a 7:00 AM open. I tell them I'm going to drop my car Wednesday night so they hav I ask about the hour I could bring my car in. They tell me they have a 7:00 AM open. I tell them I'm going to drop my car Wednesday night so they have it for early morning. They say we work on it first thing in the morning. When I drop the key at the dropbox I fill up the worksheet and request the car be done by 11. My car didn't get done. Enter a lot before 6 PM. I went to the dealer about 5:20 PM and I see my car on the lifted do the oil change. The service I dropped off it doesn't take that long Lucas he tried making a story. I didn't believe none of it tire rotation I didn't think so. They done it each tire have a different pressure. The front tire looks the same in the same spot because the shape from outside the tire from turning left and right you could see the mark on it. They say they did a car wash on my car is still at the same way hasn't been washed. I'm not happy about the service at all. More

Had to argue to get the oil change price you had listed on your website and to top it off they didn't evan wash the car as it indicated on the invoice. Later I got gas and my own car wash. This is the second Ford Escape theater I purchased from Lake Ford and both times was fantastic. Tony in sales explained the features of the car very well and Tony in finance was great to work with.
