My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. After waiting seven weeks for a transmission repair, the car failed within hours of being returned to me. My issue with the service is being charged $200 for just plugging the car into a computer for an error code. I think it's a very excessive charge. I will NEVER buy a car from you again. I feel likely I am being hustled to pay for equipment failures that are a QUALITY issue with the car specifically and unfortunately Ford's overall product quality as of late that I shouldn't have to pay for with a vehicle with low mileage as mine. I called the Lake Ford dealership before 8am and received a 1 pm oil change and tire rotation appointment same day. I arrived at 12:55pm and left by 2 pm. They even checked brakes.
