I already spoke with your service manager — who admitted there were issues but still refused to help. After paying over $4,600 and waiting seven weeks, my transmission failed within hours of pickup, and I was told I’d have to pay another $3,400 for a second repair. I was told to have it removed from Lake Ford and towed back to my house, and it’s now sitting in my driveway completely inoperable. If this is how your team handles customers, I genuinely hope the owner is aware — because it’s unacceptable. If you need to reach me. Regarding the $190 diagnostic charge, this fee is not just for retrieving a code. It covers a comprehensive diagnostic process performed by our certified technicians. That includes connecting the vehicle to advanced diagnostic tools, conducting system inspections, running tests, and interpreting the results to accurately identify the root cause. This approach helps ensure we’re addressing the issue correctly, rather than guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily. As for the vehicle itself, we do our best to thoroughly inspect and recondition all used vehicles before putting them up for sale. However, as with any pre-owned vehicle, we can't always predict what repairs might arise down the road.
