Brought my truck in at an 8am appointment for rattling in the front end. Eight hours later I had still not heard anything. Called and was told my truck was ready. Went to pick it up. They said it was a loose the front end. Eight hours later I had still not heard anything. Called and was told my truck was ready. Went to pick it up. They said it was a loose heat shield that had been tightened up and the problem was solved. Paid $225. Pulled out of the lot, and it is still rattling. More

Easy to schedule appointment online, same day. Luis Hernandez was very professional, and explained what they would do. They tested check engine light. This lead to transmission issue. Transmission work is not inexpensive but better than a note. So we proceeded with transmission repair and coolant flush. The Focus runs very good I am happy with the work and service provided.
