Took car for coolant leak. Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when I picked up the car check engine light was on. Cleared it myself but expect that to be taken care of. I did not receive a call that vehicle was ready. Had to follow up on my own. Other than that happy with customer service and appreciate the car wash and clean interior when I picked up. Will most likely purchase next vehicle from Lakeland VW. More

Came in for timing work and left with damaged timing components and a marked up crankshaft, was told it needed a engine, European specialist shop verified it did not need a motor and there is damage to components and a marked up crankshaft, was told it needed a engine, European specialist shop verified it did not need a motor and there is damage to the new parts and crankshaft and paying $$$$ out of pocket again to fix same issue.
