Lakeland Service the WORST! ! 3 hour oil change, then give you a 1600.00 est of things that are not even wrong with car. For example daughter had them put new tire on due to punc ! 3 hour oil change, then give you a 1600.00 est of things that are not even wrong with car. For example daughter had them put new tire on due to puncture tire 3 months ago today rec’d 4 new tires, new brakes that they claim were fine 3 months ago.. You guys need to better if you want customers to trust your repair estimates.. Take notes on customer service at Lakeland Toyota. Good & Honest service! More

Katlyn is an ANGEL. I loved speaking with her and she was so sweet even when there was a wait. I’m not sure who worked on my car, I’m not having any issues, but they lef I loved speaking with her and she was so sweet even when there was a wait. I’m not sure who worked on my car, I’m not having any issues, but they left grease on every surface in my car. I had to wipe down the entire inside of my car on the drivers side because everything was black and tacky from grease. I understand mechanics get greasy but getting that grease all over the inside of someone else’s car is honestly just lazy. All it takes is for you to wash your hands. More
