When I arrived at the service department. I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me. Poor customer service and lack of accountability when they are neglect for not properly handling your vehicle. My vehicle went for service for one thing then engine cover is gone from my vehicle which th they are neglect for not properly handling your vehicle. Very nice respectful service technician, took my tire order over the phone and gave me a prompt appointment. The service rep was on point gave me his business card and took care of me. I also got to speak to mechanic supervisor who was very nice. A little pricey for my tire issue but excellent experience at the dealer. I may also add while looking at the cars I wasnt harassed or bothered any salesman at the dealership which is a plus. Iam definitely considering purchasing a car at lake land very soon. More

Usually I have no issues with the dealership. It hasn't given me any trouble before... However, this past visit they tried to scam me. Unsure if its because of sexism or because they just thought It hasn't given me any trouble before... However, this past visit they tried to scam me. Unsure if its because of sexism or because they just thought I'd be too stupid to notice. I came to the dealership to have an oil consumption test. Which, all they do is mark where my oil is on the dipstick, and schedule a follow up to see how much oil was burned. This service was not completed. Instead, they tried to charge me 130 dollars for an oil change due to 'overfilled oil'. Now, I knew for certain it was not overfilled given the WHOLE REASON I was coming in was because of how often my car tells me its low on oil. They showed me a picture of an unwiped dipstick (inaccurate measurement of the oil level) and tried to say I had severly overfilled it. I had personally ensured it was between the lines when I filled my oil. Needless to say, I declined the oil change to reduce oil levels and was given back my car. They did not mark my oil levels, which is good, because either the mechanic is incompetent or again, they were trying to scam me. And I'd rather not come back to waste my time on an oil consumption test that will result inaccurately. After leaving the dealership, I stopped to check my oil levels. Pristine, no overfilling at all. Had a family member who works on vehicles check as well. Pristine. Had A THIRD PERSON CHECK, one who is an actual mechanic, and it was PRISTINE. Extremely upset about the whole waste of time. I was there for just under two hours, too. All for them to do absolutely nothing but a once over on my car, try to scam me for money, and not even do what I came to the dealership for. Expected better from Volkswagen. More

The people are very nice, but the mechanics seem to be completely incompetent. Took my car in for a chronic low pressure tire. They returned it the same warning lights still active. A week later started completely incompetent. Took my car in for a chronic low pressure tire. They returned it the same warning lights still active. A week later started getting the same warning light for a second tire. Took it back to them, they kept it for three days couldn’t find anything and returned it to me. The next day, the lights back on. Their explanation … “it’s really weird. Don’t know what’s going on.” Never had this issue at the Brandon VW service center. And I have a tire warranty so swapping out the tires is an easy fix. More
