Dealerships need more teams like these two associates!! They weren’t overbearing, they knew the inventory from new to used. My Dad has sold trucks since the 1980’s, so no one is pulling a fast one on me. He’s 76 and still in sales at Summit in Lowell. I highly recommend these salesman and this dealership. Juan was so polite and friendly and was helping two families at one time seamlessly. Even the finance guy was nice and not stuffy - we’ve bought a lot of vehicles, and finance can make or break a dealership. We had him laughing. My husband and I enjoyed this sale. Not many people can walk out of buying a vehicle and say that. This team made that possible. Juan made sure our time was not wasted. I can’t say thank you enough.
