Usually I get good service. This time was very good. Mark Daniels is a very good Svc guy. He tries to help out where he can. $70 for an oil change is criminal in my opinion. I drive from LR to this Landers because Eric Perkins and the finance staff are honest and really go out of their way to accommodate you. They don’t chase you down on the parking lot trying to sell you what the finance staff are honest and really go out of their way to accommodate you. Great service as always. Took an older car with some 200k miles belonging to my daughter in to see if they could fix the rattle and the sudden marked consumption of oil. They identified the problem (un 200k miles belonging to my daughter in to see if they could fix the rattle and the sudden marked consumption of oil. They identified the problem (unfortunately needed a new engine. I was given several options for repairs (with new parts or old parts). We are also given multiple options for replacement of the vehicle itself. After some back and forth we decided that we would trade the car with 200k miles for a car with 20k miles. More
