Overall a disappointing visit. I knew an oil change would be expensive going in but went anyway because I saw an ad for a $20 rebate. When I asked about the rebate the service desk said "oh here" and would be expensive going in but went anyway because I saw an ad for a $20 rebate. When I asked about the rebate the service desk said "oh here" and handed me a flyer which I then had to go figure out how to apply for the rebate myself. When I drove away I noticed a strange noise come and go from my engine. I checked under the hood once I got home and found an original BMW engine oil bottle still under the hood with a hole worn in it from my belt. On top of that my rebate was of course rejected on the mobile one website because the receipt I received from the service desk does not meet their guidlines. So no rebate. They were at least friendly. More
