Terrible communication. 5+ days. Still haven't driven car. Purchased a used vehicle with service needed. Deal negotiated where service was included in price of vehicle. I have had to come in to the store multiple times after being ignored by my salesman and hung up on when calling the service desk about the status of my vehicle. When I was finally able to contact service about my vehicle they were completely lost and told me that it was my salesman that I needed to contact, not them. Every time I come in I am told that my vehicle will be ready the following day. I still have yet to actually drive my vehicle off the lot because I am waiting for service to be completed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication. My attitude would be completely different about this situation if they would just communicate with me without me having to drive 30mins to the dealership to ask about my car. More

Got almost everything I wanted. I feel I was treated fairly, the only issue is that I was charged 4.5% interest rate going through Toyota Financial. With a 800+ credit score, I was s I feel I was treated fairly, the only issue is that I was charged 4.5% interest rate going through Toyota Financial. With a 800+ credit score, I was sure I would qualify for the 2.99%. But the finance guys wouldn't budge. So..........I assured them that after my first payment I would be financing with UNIFY federal credit union. Sorry you all might take a hit for that but don't blame me, blame them. Sean Chase did an outstanding job as my sales person, Me and my family, and friends of mine has bought several vehicles from him. When I picked my truck up that I bought on July 7th it was pouring down rain so a few days later when I had my step rails installed Sean when above and beyond the call of duty be by detailing and filling the truck up with gas. I really appreciate his efforts. More
