Most of the people in front were very nice and polite, but The managers are not people friendly, I have a accent and treaded ignorant. I do not recall names. Toyota should have record of the last Service and insulting Manage. I spoke to him he created excuses and pass the buck. I’m not going for Services there anymore, they are covering each other. Can get no place. More

Very pleased with my visit! I came in for my oil change/tire rotation, but my tire light came on a few days ago. I told them I didn’t see anything so it just may need air. I waited 45 minutes (probably the shortest amount of time ever) and the rep called my name. He told me I had a nail in my tire and said they patched it up free of charge! What great customer service! They saved me probably $30 and another 2 hours of my day and I couldn’t be more appreciative. More
