Looking for a honest Mazda Dealership? Then look no further than MAZDA 495 LOWELL in Massachusetts. I drive from Maine to get my Mazda CX-5 SUV serviced at MAZDA 495 Lowell. This time Then look no further than MAZDA 495 LOWELL in Massachusetts. I drive from Maine to get my Mazda CX-5 SUV serviced at MAZDA 495 Lowell. This time my car needed an oil change and the Service Technician and my Service Advisor, Paul recommended that I get a “V” belt replaced. In and out under 2 hours. They text you a link so you can watch a video about your car’s inspection report. Transparency is a key factor! Super clean waiting room and showroom. Everybody greets you with a smile, especially the 4 legged greeter who also wants a pat on the head…🙂 And to top it off Mazda 495 washed my car, too! Paul also threw in a silicone slipcover for my car’s key fob. Bright pink, so now it is easy to find my keys in my purse, many other colors to choose from… Again, please check out MAZDA 495 Lowell! You will glad that you did… More

The experience was good and my sales associate, Kristen, was great. She was very friendly and professional, I did enjoy working with her. The 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought has 28,000 miles on it. I live in was great. She was very friendly and professional, I did enjoy working with her. The 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought has 28,000 miles on it. I live in Maine and came down to Lowell Massachusetts buy this vehicle. I didn't have anyone who could assist with driving the Santa Fe back to maine, so Kristen said they could deliver it up here to Maine for me as part of the sale, which I thought was a great service on the part of the dealership. Kristen herself drove the vehicle up to Maine for me. About a week and a half later and the Santa Fe needs work that thier inspection team either did not find or the dealership did not want to fix. The front struts rattle and squeek loudly, very annoying. I don't how that wasn't apparent when I drove the vehicle because I didn't hear anything, but it came to reveal itself two days after delivery. The rear hatch stuts catch, chatter, and squeek as well when closing. I did try to lubricate them, but it didnt change anything, so those need to be replaced. The front tires are worn to the wear bars and need to be replaced. The back tires are still in good shape, which means the previous owner didn't rotate the tires and probably liked to spin the tires alot, the tires on it are rated for 60,000 miles. These are all noticeable items that should have been addressed when the car was prepared for sale. I feel the front struts and hatch struts should have been addressed before selling the vehicle. I can live with the tires since I had seen them and bought the car knowing it needed new front tires, but the front struts and hatch struts should have been fixed. Luckily I looked at the brakes, because the left rear caliper was bad and caused the brake outer pad to wear down to the metal backing plate. I pointed that out to them and after inspecting the brakes they noticed the brake caliper was bad and they replaced the caliper, and rotors and pads on both sides. I thought that was good service on their part. I figured there would be something I would need to address after buying it given it is a 2011, but I didn't plan on replacing the front struts with 28,000 miles on the vehicle. The vehicle runs good and drives well, aside from the struts rattling, squeeking and needing to be replaced, which will be here soon. So for now I parked the vehicle and I'm driving my old reliable Honda until I get new struts on the 2011 Sante Fe in the next couple of weeks. The price was a little high for needing some work with 28,000 miles on it, but I will get it a fixed up and hopefully it will last for quite a while with regular and preventative maintenance. More
