I truly miss the New Vehicle Owner’s Event. It was a great event and gave us a chance to meet all the department managers and high level management. Manager told me $9300 was all they could offer for my trade because they were giving top dollar. Next day my trade in was for sale for $20,000. Feel like I was taken advantage of. My experience was average at this dealership. Matthew and Ryan were very nice. There were aspects I wish that could have been improved or compromised on. I was disappointed my car came with only one key for such a new car, and a replacement key is over $500. I feel the dealership should have comp'd me a key somehow or lowered the price. Seems there was a slight mark-up and not much room for negociation. Employees were responsive and nice. More
