Our 1794 was the right choice! This is our 8th Toyota (starting with a 1985 4Runner and a 1987 Celica convertible) purchased from Rick Zamora and Larry Miller Toyota. A commendatio This is our 8th Toyota (starting with a 1985 4Runner and a 1987 Celica convertible) purchased from Rick Zamora and Larry Miller Toyota. A commendation in and of itself. We still own 2. A 2001 Highlander (140,000 miles and living with our daughter in California) and a 1994 Land Cruiser (245,000 miles). We needed a tow vehicle for our recently purchased vintage Airstream. We spent an afternoon with Rick test driving. From a basic Tundra to a new Land Cruiser. With Rick's easygoing and expert guidance we decided on the 1794 Tundra. And why not? What a vehicle! A pleasure to drive, needed towing power, plenty of cargo room and an amazing amount of luxury comforts. As always, thank you Rick for your pleasant and patient guidance. More

Scammers Every customer is assigned a representative for all repairs present and future. That rep receives commission. For the past three years I have been overcharged and told things are wrong with my car that are not, proven by other mechanics. Once I was charged $800 to clean my battery. I don’t trust them at all anymore. Wish I never did . Once they charged me $1100 to fix something and when the problem persisted the very next day they charged me another $1100 saying it was a completely different problem with exactly the same symptoms. More

Un-freaking-believable Where do I even start with this dealership? If I could give negative stars I would... My husband and I finally found our dream car, and plan on reti Where do I even start with this dealership? If I could give negative stars I would... My husband and I finally found our dream car, and plan on retiring it within the family, taking it fishing, hunting, exploring, and to plenty of family Disneyland trips. We spent an entire day after what we first intended as window shopping at Larry H. Miller Toyota, an hour away from our house, signing, and going through the process of buying a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner... we didn’t NEED the car, no. In fact we got it because of the depreciation of value happening to our 2016 Dodge Ram, and the amazing deal we were able to come to an agreement on. It allowed us as a family to upgrade into a car holding better value, with better towing capacity and 4WD. It gave the girls more room and on our part we thought was a perfect fit... Never, ever, ever will I again buy a car from Larry Miller Toyota. The very next day, we got a call saying they needed a paper check, in person of the moeny we planned to put down. So my husband frustrated, made the trek to drop off the check, when they should have told us the day we bought the car so that we didn’t have to drive 2 and 1/2 hours again. They said the would compensate the gas, but when my husband got there their reply was “sorry, we are out of gas cards, we will mail you one.” When we purchased our 4Runner TWO WEEKS AGO, we came to agreement of interest rate, loan and monthly payment. They made it seem like the funding was DEFINITELY going to come through, and that everything would check out. So, we drove off the lot, happy customers, feeing like we got an awesome deal (which it was, and apparently too good to be true.) However, All day yesterday, me and My husband have been on the phone with different banks trying to get an auto loan to cover the car that Larry Miller Toyota sold us, and are now saying the banks won’t fund. They allowed us to drive around in it for TWO WEEKS, knowing very well that funding wasn’t going to come through, but just giving us more time with the car in hopes that we’d come back and resign at a higher interest rate and payment, or put $5000 down. (Let’s be freaking honest who the heck puts that much money down on a car?!) Other than the straight manipulation, and waited time this horrible dealership put us through, we also went through many many more hassles. With in that two weeks, because we were assured everything was “good to go,” we canceled our registration on our Ram, which we JUST paid over $300 for because it expires... oh, look, Yesterday. Transferred our insurance over to the 4Runner, and cut all ties to the Ram. However now they expect us to trade them back our now 4Runner for our truck that we have to repay registration on (even if the tags will be rein bursted from the time we transferred registration, we have to pay them again today so that we aren’t driving with expired tags..) I fully believe as an establishment that has been around since 1979, and the salesman (who again, let’s be honest, no salesman should ever be trusted in the selling of a car... but that’s a different story, another fish to fry) being a former general manager of a dealership, should be competent enough to know that a deal like ours would never get the funding. And be a decent enough human being to not waste our time and allow us to drive off the lot. They wasted our time the day of, when we told them we did not want to spend 5hrs discussing numbers when we were sure it wouldn’t check out, and that we were just window shopping. But the salesman promised it’d be quick, and again it wasn’t, even with us coming up $200 more than the payment we wanted to pay. They wasted our time the day after, taking our husband away from the family for over 4hrs just to drop off a stupid check, which now is pointless. They wasted our enitre day yesterday as we sat on the phone with bank after bank and lender after lender trying to get the funding ourselves.AND they wasted our time as my husband now has to go to the DVM on his last day off, and only day this week we can spend together as a family to deal with the registration on our truck. Our time off together as a family is very important and very scarce. I work nights, and crazy hours, he works four ten hour shifts, and I volunteer as a first responder, so our time together is limited. And this dealership robbed time that we planned spending as a family, and we will never get back. This goes further than just not getting the car we wanted or bad service, because I am pretty resliliant, and could care less that we didn’t get funded and couldn’t afford to upgrade right now, what was done to us completely immoral and a scam. Larry Miller Toyota... you did us dirty, not only did you waste mine and my families time, have us drive over an hour not once but twice, in traffic with two babies in car seats, you have completely lost us as customers, and we have been faithful to buy not one but two cars from you, and this 4Runner, being our dream car, would have been the third. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, Save yourself from a dealership that sincerely cares more about money than moral, and take your business else where. Save yourself the headache, if you plan on buying Toyota or Dodge, please, find a different dealership to do so More
