Customer service was nice, and helpful. However, when I scheduled my appointment I was quoted $218. I was later sent a quote for $381, and when I was called to confirm that I approved the q However, when I scheduled my appointment I was quoted $218. I was later sent a quote for $381, and when I was called to confirm that I approved the quote, they stated $307. When I went to pick up my car it was $337. I had scheduled an appointment to get my door handle fixed and a recall on the brakes corrected. They stated they did not have the parts for the recall, so I have to now schedule another appointment, and be without a vehicle. I would have assumed if you schedule an appointment, they would ensure your parts were ready, rather than wasting your time and having you come back. More
