I took my car in for service and was overcharged for the services on my car. The bill was 1500.00 before discount. After the discount it was 1600.00.. Todd said he would give me a discount. He only took 2 services on my car. The bill was 1500.00 before discount. After the discount it was 1600.00.. Todd said he would give me a discount. He only took 2 dollars and 30 dollars. You call that a discount. The car was not done when he said it was. It took another two hours. I told Todd that I had new tires put on from big o tire. Big o tire told me I did not need an alignment done on my car. Todd assisted that I needed it. When I got my car back it was very minor. I don’t like being charged for services I don’t need. I was waiting quite a while before Todd decided to offer me a rental car. I will not be servicing my car at Larry Miller anymore. That service was no where near 1600.00. More

Found out that the extra package I was sold on didn’t cover basic maintenance items! Was sold a 2020 vehicle in 2023 and it was stock battery that’s not covered! Very pissed off what I was told was not cover basic maintenance items! Was sold a 2020 vehicle in 2023 and it was stock battery that’s not covered! Very pissed off what I was told was not what I needed! I currently have spent over 1000 dollars on a package that only cover a lost key and dents! More
