Amazing Customer Care! Patient and understanding staff! I went into LG Chevy completely not expecting to buy a car. Thinking my credit and my money down was no where near high enough or strong enough, I jus I went into LG Chevy completely not expecting to buy a car. Thinking my credit and my money down was no where near high enough or strong enough, I just went in to test drive and see what I would need to do in order to purchase at a later date. During my test drive I spoke with Joey Phillips about my credit score, my history, my money down, and also how my current car (at the time) was not eligible to trade. We came back, we ran the numbers just so we could see what I’d need next time. To my disbelief, I, a 20 year old with a $10 an hour job and $600 in her savings, was able to not only FINANCE the car, BUT I had an amazingly low monthly payment. Also, with the assistance of Nicholas Barile, I was SOME HOW bestowed a fantastic interest rate. I am endlessly grateful to Joey and Nicks patience as i had a 3-way phone conversation with my mother and USAA and for all of their support as i tried to (and failed at) not cry! Also, so many thanks to Janet Cleary for setting up my appointment to even come in at all and answering all of my relentless questions. LG Chevy is incomparable to every other dealership when it comes to customer care and assistance. They take the time to explain everything to you FULLY and make sure you understand EVERYTHING you are signing. Thank you so so much, guys.
