It's Friday nearing the end of the day and I got a blow out. I quickly called around to the two Subaru dealer in proximity to me. 'They did not stock the tire.' I could even believe it. Such a common tire "Goodyear 225/50 R 18" eagle ls2 was not in stock. Especially from a dealer. Then I was told by both of them, I have to wait till Monday. Not knowing what to do, I called Lester Glen... to my surprise Kathy Ottmer picked up my call... she put me at ease and told me they stock the tires and set up an emergency appointment for the next day.
