Overall my experience was pleasant leasing my first Lexus. However, when I signed all the documents they put the documents on a thumb drive and didn’t give it to me when I left. I messaged the salesman Lexus. However, when I signed all the documents they put the documents on a thumb drive and didn’t give it to me when I left.
