I asked why and was told it’s too much work for the finance manager without the promise of a sale. She told me they didn’t run my credit and I left. There is a hard inquiry from Lexus in my credit. I bought my car from a picture and a description on the internet. There is a certain amount of anxiety that goes with buying a car, sight unseen, but Kristen Barrett was delightful to work with! She personally provided a live video tour of the car pointing out any flaws so we wouldn’t be surprised when it was delivered 782 miles away. She was pleasant, respectful and very responsive. She quickly answered our questions and anticipated what other information we might need to make our decision. The financial process - signing all the paperwork and preparing for registration- was surprisingly easy. The finance team was well organized and walked me through the process online in a matter of minutes. Kristen monitored the process and made sure I knew she was available to assist if needed. Long story short, the process was easy, the Staff wonderful and the car is everything they advertised it to be. More
