No pressure sales process. .. because of the current auto industry production issues, I was honestly presented with how to secure a vehicle that I would be happy to drive - the .. because of the current auto industry production issues, I was honestly presented with how to secure a vehicle that I would be happy to drive - the timeline to expect, etc. Mark kept me updated appropriately the entire time, and took into consideration the few "must haves" I wanted on any potential sale. Mark and the staff I encountered to complete the sales process were all pleasant and professional in their roles, and made the final steps of the purchase and orientation to the vehicle's functions very comfortable for my wife and myself. I will highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More
