Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). No doors check - said it was normal, and no windows/sunroof automatic closing activation. Ok, I can live with that. What really made me give 1 star was the subsequent SMS messages telling me "my new car was waiting for me" - more than 10 messages offering a new car. Come on guys, Lexus cars sell by their selves, no need to spam your customer like that. More
