Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I didn't have a problem with the dealership directly. I had a problem with one of its salespersons. This was the second car I leased from him, 2019 ES350, and It was fine. The second, a 2021 NX 300, I aske had a problem with one of its salespersons. This was the second car I leased from him, 2019 ES350, and It was fine. I found out the right answer when I got home, the deal was already done! More
