From the first time I contacted the dealership, they were very responsive and friendly. There were no gimmicks or pressure to get me to look at cars above my price range. I was immediately able to test drive the car that I had called about. She accepted a competing trade-in offer which was a little higher than their trade-in offer without giving me any problems or attitude. It felt like Maria was on my side to help me get the car that I wanted at the best price possible. I wasn’t able to purchase the car on the day that I came in and so when I came in the next day to complete the transaction, Maria had $600 taken off of the original price that we had negotiated on. I have always purchased my cars to CarMax because I did not want to go through fighting with the dealership about price and financing. All of that was avoided with Maria at Lexus of North Miami. The process was very straightforward and easy and only took a few hours from start to finish. I left feeling like I got a great car had a great price. Upon first entering the dealership, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, the array of beautiful vehicles in the showroom, and the friendliness of the front desk staff. From there, Sales Professional Val McKenzie and Finance Professional Qudus Ijelu made the purchase process simply amazing! There were some "bumps" along the way but these two guys were willing and able to get them smoothed out; they were obviously working on my behalf and in my best interest. I have never had such a positive, quick and hassle-free car buying experience before in my life! I left the dealership with a renewed faith in the kindness of strangers, a great big radiant smile of pure joy, and a gorgeous Lexus NX200t!
