Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Positive experience I went to dealership thinking I needed help as (!) appeared on my dashboard. I was told a nail was in my tire, it couldn’t b patched & I need a new t I went to dealership thinking I needed help as (!) appeared on my dashboard. I was told a nail was in my tire, it couldn’t b patched & I need a new tire, which I bought. Unexpected expense! Everyone was very nice with great explanations & because it was a Jewish holiday & I was on a time frame, I was given expedited service at no extra charge. My car is perfect & looks great after the car wash! More
