Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Bought a cpo Miguel, our salesman, was great to work with. Communicated well and helped us get into a car we were happy with. The 5 star rating is for Miguel, but the dealership itself could've done better with their "certification" of pre owned cars. I had one of their cars for 2 days and had to bring it for service. After 2 weeks, i got a call that they had to buy it back and pick another one. It was good that they bought it back, but I still wonder if they really do the 161 point inspection that they claim they do. More

I was ecstatic about getting my first six oil changes for free after buying my car from them. I had to get a spare key made and programmed for my wife.
