At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Amazing service by Miguel! I visited Lexus on a Sunday for two hours and returned three days later to finalize my lease. Miguel was lovely to work with and I am not an easy cus I visited Lexus on a Sunday for two hours and returned three days later to finalize my lease. Miguel was lovely to work with and I am not an easy customer. He was patient, detailed and helped me obtain the best deal possible. He was not pushy at all and made sure my experience was easy and excellent! Thank you Miguel!!! I love the car you helped me select!! Yuri did my insurance and his service and expertise were excellent. He saved me a significant amount that my outside insurance broker did not. Thank you Yuri!!
