I made the appointment quite in advance just to make sure I get a loaner. Stay away , horrible experience, tried to buy my wife $74000 Lexus GX , put $5000 refundable deposit based on what I was told on 01/11/2025 , delivery was supposed to be before end of January , never hap $74000 Lexus GX , put $5000 refundable deposit based on what I was told on 01/11/2025 , delivery was supposed to be before end of January , never happened, so I took my business elsewhere, told salesman it’s no go , he said no refund on deposit because vehicle was reserved for me , non sense, so I dispute it with my American Express card company , received a call this morning from incompetent, vulgar, disrespectful , low life general sales manager Sean kamal , trying to push the sale on me , hang up on me , so I called back the general manager Vladimir keslin told him about his unprofessional, disrespectful staff he has in place , his response was he can’t do anything about it ( one of those empty suits , useless ) , I am reporting dealership to bbb and Lexus corporation about their deceptive unprofessional sales tactics, also ownership needs strongly reevaluate the leadership they currently have in place due to incompetence, carelessness and utter disregards for their clients , Rubbish. More

When I checked in, I asked them to take note that I smelled antifreeze and after the service repair, I still smell antifreeze. So I do not know if it was checked.
