Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I have yet to have a good Experience at this Dealership. The same thing that happened when I bought the car happened now, I was called a lier. Apparently when I made the appointment over the phone a loaner was assigned to me, when I told Ronald that I had never requested a Loaner, his answer was, if it was here in file, you requested it. Instead, he could have said I'm sorry is an error or something like that. This Dealership needs work on Customer Service. Ronald also made me feel like he was doing me a favor because Chris who was supposed to take care of me was out. is not that I was treated bad but not great. It must come from the Top. More
