Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I was told that the 5K and second key seevice would take one hour and 45 min. I was there over three hours and did not receive my second key, and then was told I would need to return yet another day for an one hour and 45 min. I never received any updates from my service provider until I asked and followed up. More
