I was never able to sit in the car before I purchased it, let alone test drive it. The excuse was unavailable keys. There were no similar cars to view or try. I am not a young woman and they took advantage of me by selling me a car that I have difficulty getting into. Once they took my money, it took 12 days to deliver the car. Within a day, I realized the car was wrong for me, but the salesman got his commission, so that is all that matters. More

My mother and I have always had a lovely experience at Lexus until our recent appointment on 12/27/2021. While attempting to have our cars appraised and work out a new lease we were continuously interrupt Lexus until our recent appointment on 12/27/2021. While attempting to have our cars appraised and work out a new lease we were continuously interrupted by Andre Armani's outbursts in his office. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of respect for those who work with him and potential customers in the building (yes, his screaming was loud enough to be heard from all areas of the building). The influx of profanity that was shouted from his office was disgusting. If this had been my first time at Lexus I would have terminated my future Lease. However, due to Gaetano and Effrin and their kindness my mother and I decided to stay. I'm not sure how Lexus is running their business but with someone like Mr. Armani as their General Sales Manager it cannot be well. Perhaps leading with kindness and courage should be taught rather than leading with fear. It was a revolting experience and one I will not be experiencing again. More
