My service consultant was truly amazing!! One of the best guys there Jose Amaro! He is the only reason I continue to stay with Lexus!! Other than that my experience was terrible my car completely shut off an guys there Jose Amaro! He is the only reason I continue to stay with Lexus!! Other than that my experience was terrible my car completely shut off and had to get my car towed yet again the 2nd time in 4mths for engine problems!! Was given a loaner car the next day was called my car was ready. Was kind of spectacle on picking it up because it was to fast in in my opinion, when I received the car they gave me some BS about the battery was low firewire. Whatever that’s suppose to mean. (Obviously didn’t fix the problem) When I picked the car up later that day the check engine light was back on!!! Now I’m extremely livid!! Took my car back the next day service department was nice about it like always & Jose always goes out his way to make sure I’m truly taking care of . But the mechanic part is unacceptable. Once my lease is over I will be leaving Lexus.. I’ve had 3 brand new cars from Lexus and 2/3 had serious mechanical issue... More
