Neat environment and proactive staffs. I was received in the waiting line in appropriate time. Not sure what else to add. I was satisfied. Pickup up time needs to be extended beyond 6:30pm or at least leave the waiting line in appropriate time. Not sure what else to add. I was satisfied. I’ve always chosen this dealership for all my car needs. This is despite the long wait times for maintenance repairs (sometimes up to 5 hours). Most recently, I had to get collision repair work done, and I decided to choose this dealership. I Trusted them so much that I decided to pay the whole $2,000 bill upfront. After a week, I was told to pick up the car. To my surprise, it was 4 days earlier than the time frame they gave me. Let me explain why it was so unexpected: Yesterday, the dealership told me the car would be ready by the end of the week. Today, they called me to tell me it was ready. Keep in mind, I had already made car rental modifications and arrangements to pick up the car at the end of the week based on yesterday’s call. I have to now go through the headache of rearranging my original plans (I have a busy schedule as a teacher and airline employee). Despite the last minute notice, I was able to get my friend to drive the 40 minute drive with me since I needed to be dropped off. On the way to the dealership, I hit traffic. I called the dealership at 5:45, and told them that I may be 5 minutes late and that it was the only day this week I can pick up the vehicle. I begged for them to wait, and they refused. I politely asked the receptionist if I can speak to the manager, but he had “gone home” for the day. I hung up and called the sales department and explained to them the situation. The receptionist (Amy) placed me and hold and said she would contact the collision repair shop to see how she can help. Upon returning to the line, she stated “The collision shop will park my vehicle in the front and give her the keys.” I was directed by Amy to pick up the key from her upon my arrival. Once I arrived, they had me wait in the lobby for 40 minutes (my friend already left the dealership after dropping me off). A technician from the collision center finally comes out and tells me “ I cannot give you the car because his manager needs to make sure I was happy with the service.” I was extremely upset that they made me come all the way to the dealership and waste my time to get told I couldn’t pick up my car after all the these circumstances. What bothered me the most is; if I had shown up at 5:45 (shop closes at 6) I still wouldn’t have gotten my car because the manager was not in at that time (as per the receptionist). I was very upset at the situation, and I asked to speak to the sales manager. I followed them to an office where I was introduced to manager ROHAN. Manager Rohan couldn’t give me his devoted attention because he was on the telephone dealing with what seemed to be a customer issue. Rohan already looked agitated and impatient because he was slamming his hands on the desk every time the person on the line interrupted him. Once I finally got his attention, all he told me was the same line all the others told me: “I’m sorry you are going to have to come back tomorrow” Rohan didn’t bother listening to the reason I came there in the first place (clearly demonstrating his lack of patiences shown while he was on the call.) His solution: take an Uber back home and figure it out. At this point, I became irate, and that’s when sales manager Frank stepped in. Frank was very sarcastic and also lacked empathy towards the situation. Things got heated when I decided to record how bad I was being treated. They proceeded to tell me to leave the dealership. At that point, I decided to call law enforcement because they refused to give me my property. Frank proceeded to tell me sarcastically “fine, call the cops. That saves me the money I would’ve spent to Uber you back home.” I’m writing this review on my $40 Uber ride back home (which I gladly paid by myself.) I am calling Lexus to let them know the situation, and also terminating my lease after only having the vehicle for 3 months. I’ve spent more than $80,000 at this place to be treated like this. Lexus should be ashamed. The video will be posted for all to see. More
