My sales person was Kham Alexander he made me feel welcome he answered all my questions being it was my first time leasing and he also gave vehicle. I scheduled the service appointment for the fact of having a loaner available. With that in mind I had to wait three weeks for my appointment with a guaranteed loaner vehicle. My loaner vehicle was not ready for an hour and a half after they had taken my car. I found this entire process to be very in efficient and I don’t see the point of making an appointment for a loaner vehicle if it’s not a guarantee. More

I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me about the precautions being taken due to Covid, for my car.
