Always had a good experience but my last service was terrible! Tried to call and make an appointment for new tires, and couldn't get a live person to make an appointment, ended up going online to sched terrible! Tried to call and make an appointment for new tires, and couldn't get a live person to make an appointment, ended up going online to schedule appointment. When I got there my service advisor took his lunch break during my scheduled appointment. What's the point of making an appointment if he's not available during the time? Luckily, someone else helped me but he was pretty swamped with his own customers and he couldn't give me an accurate costs for my new tires. Afterwards, I had a few questions, which I texted my Service Advisor and he did not respond. Never heard from him. Clearly understaffed. More
