This dealership did not provide a loaner car even when I explained that we have a 6 month old and could not ride with triple A to Pembroke Pines. I needed a vehicle to go to work. Instead, my husband had to explained that we have a 6 month old and could not ride with triple A to Pembroke Pines. I needed a vehicle to go to work. Instead, my husband had to call out of work and call his mother to drive him out to the dealership. On top of that, Lexus did not call us to tell us that the car would be worked on the next day. So long story short, we were unnecessarily inconvenienced when we could’ve had a loaner vehicle. We’ve leased from Lexus for the past 7 years and this will be the last one. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care this dealership offered to us. More
