What a mistake. I did not receive the Costco Member price and the manager said,”I am not selling you this car for that price. If you want to walk out now, I will give you your deposit back, you can go somewhere else.” Costco Auto Program touts a hassle-free experience. That was not a hassle-free experience. More

People are friendly and service done in good time. However, had to wait almost an hour for them to bring me my car. It was almost more time for them to bring my car to me than time to repair the problem. Had a child to pick up from school, and notified them after waiting half an hour. Still no car. One rep said the car wash was backed up, but at least twelve other cars that were behind mine were delivered to owners and they left. Someone else said that the person with the keys to my car couldn’t be found??? Had to call someone else to pick up child from school. Very, very frustrating. More
