A sale literally walked into the hands of the salesman and simple things after the fact could not be completed. Also note I’m still missing personal information documents from this dealer and are STILL contacting them atleast 2-3 times a day. All i want Is my documents/receipt why is that so difficult to obtain! After the check is cashed they could care less to do anything else for you that should have been done while you were in that chair, which is the responsibility of a sales person/dealer. This was an easy sale for the sales person but he still failed to follow through and lied multiple times about getting things done until i was Down his neck about it and STILL everything is NOT DONE! On February 15, 2024, I visited the Lexus of Pembroke Pines dealership regarding an issue with my dashboard. I was referred to a service technician named Afraz. He was very courteous during my inital vis Pines dealership regarding an issue with my dashboard. I was referred to a service technician named Afraz. He was very courteous during my inital visit and he informed me that the issue I was experiencing with my dashboard was unusual and he would have to speak to his managers regarding the next steps in getting my issue resolved. He stated it would take about a month to get the situation sorted out and to order the necessary replacement part for my dashboard. On March 15, 2024, I followed up with Afraz regarding the status of my replacement part. He stated that he was working on it and would call me back with an update. Since that time, I have not received a call back nor an update despite numerous calls to the service department. It is now April 23nd, over two months since my initial visit, with ZERO communication from anyone in the service department. The lack of communication is appalling, not to mention highly unprofessional. I expected quality service from such a reputable dealership. I am very disappointed. Now, I must take time off from work to go sit at the dealership to get this situation handled when this could have been resolved with a simple phone call. More
