First time having issues with Pembroke Pines dealership. We had a set monthly payment with 3 yrs lease and mileage was suppose to be 12k per year. When we questioned the shortage to Lexus, we were told “don’t worry we will get you out of the car before the 30k”. So the dealership will remember this verbal agreement 3 years from now? I doubt it! A bit frustrating since I feel I have been a loyal customer for many years. Not to mention finance (Steve from Ukraine) tried to tell me that he got me to tier 1. Which was an insult since my credit is immaculate. Never have I had an issue with my credit. I don’t appreciate the lie or sneakiness that I received this week. I will say I do love my car but what a disappointment with the process. More
