The salesperson, Nathan, was very good. He was patient, listened and did whatever he could - it seemed - to get the deal done. However, once it was done there were a few issues, not his fau He was patient, listened and did whatever he could - it seemed - to get the deal done. However, once it was done there were a few issues, not his fault. The figures that were given to us did not include ALL of the fees. So we were under the impression that those were the final figures. Once we were with Jorge Leon, the finance person, even he DID NOT EXPLAIN OR POINT OUT TO US the difference of the figures nor did he explain any of them. All he did was point to where I needed to sign and initial. There were other issues and it took a telephone conversation between my husband and Nathan for us to understand what happened. It turned out that we did not get the deal that we had agreed to, but it was a good deal considering. More
