The most terrible experience ever, will never step foot in that dealership again. Felt cheated, when there was an discrepancy with my insurance provider, I told Patricia that I wanted to move my vehicle to in that dealership again. Felt cheated, when there was an discrepancy with my insurance provider, I told Patricia that I wanted to move my vehicle to another body shop since the insurance company suggested, She proceeded to tell me no that my vehicle was going to be worked on that the insurance issue was resolved. When the vehicle was ready she told me that in addition to my deductible I owed $926. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said that she had explained it to him and that he would reduce the bill. On Wednesday after calling several time the phone attended let me know that I could pick up the vehicle but had to pay the deductible and $463. My vehicle had been in the dealership since April 3rd, and now on May 17th it was being held hostage, So I paid it. However, this business practice does not exemplify the GOLD STANDARDS that you proudly claim. I will never buy, service or deal with this dealership again. Phone calls unanswered, texts not responded, and total disregard for customer inconvenience. More

I arrived for my service and they told me it would be "very fast because [they] barely had any cars in" yet it took all day. I specifically told the advisor I was having trouble with the driver front an "very fast because [they] barely had any cars in" yet it took all day. I specifically told the advisor I was having trouble with the driver front and passenger rear tires. He said one was patched at the other replaced, but then 2 days later the driver rear tire was low on air (1 PSI). I took the car back and turns out they never fixed that tire, they fixed a different tire and ignored my original report. I have the tire protection plan and they refused to cover this tire "because it was cracked." I had to pay almost $500 for this tire and miss a day of work. I called the tire protection department and they said they DO cover cracked tires so now I am having to appeal and open a claim to attempt to get my money back. They also scratched my car while it was in service and insisted I was lying. They showed me a video that shows the scratch, however the video was taken 25 minutes after my arrival and the attendant did not take the video in front of me, so she clearly took the video after the car was moved. I would know if my car had a huge scratch on it, especially since it was in the area near the flat tire that I had to fill that morning to even get to the dealer. Everyone dismissed me and treated me like a fool. My service advisor was not helpful and tried to persuade me to leave with the cracked tire and purchase a tire elsewhere to save money, which he should have covered the tire under my protection plan in the first place.
