Poor service. I was told that my service would take at least two hours. So I ubered to the mall only to be called less than an hour after drop off that my car was I was told that my service would take at least two hours. I had questions afterwards about services received but the first contact personnel was busy and the second contact personnel listed on my service report could not confirm or nor comprehend my questions regarding my vehicle. When I asked the representative to explain to me in layman's terms so that I could gain a better understanding, layman's term to him meant just repeating the same thing over and over. I left feeling frustrated and then became upset when I realized that my vehicle did not receive its customary washed on top of everything else. More
