My service manager was changed to Rodney Fuller. He is excellent. Straight forward and truthful. He made recommendations that were best for me, not the most expensive. Does not honor COSTCO program or their website pricing. Marks up every car and trade in value presented was not what was credited in final transaction. Beware of these practices here. No satisfaction as Marks up every car and trade in value presented was not what was credited in final transaction. Beware of these practices here. No satisfaction as I worked my way up their management with my complaints about these misrepresentations. I assumed I would be treated honestly with transparent pricing. They said I signed off on their documents so nothing will be corrected or changed due to this misrepresentation. I did not see this until I got home and printed all documents. They do not provide hard copies of the transaction as they only provide a thumb drive at the dealership. I should have seen this at dealer and walked out so it was my stupidity, but it was a painful and expensive lesson. More
