I am responding publicly here as requested by Lexus through an email that was sent to me by Lexus dated December 6, 2021 at 8:22 AM from Leslie Saelee, Service Manager. Lexus was not conscientious in any aspect of my service-- from the initial call, repair work, or necessary follow-up repair. It is past tense at this point. I know you are not going to give me a refund, or a detail job or anything else here, so what's the point?
