Brought car in for 30k maintenance. Told it would be ready in a few hours. Kept trying to get a hold of the Service Manager when it went past 4 hours. Sadly, my service was not exemplary like every time before. They forgot to reset my passenger window. When I called to report it wasn’t working, I was told to make an appt for another day and bring i before. They forgot to reset my passenger window. When I called to report it wasn’t working, I was told to make an appt for another day and bring it back in. I drive 1.5 hrs to your shop. I did my own research on you.tube and exercised the posted reset, with success! It saved me 3 hours of drive time and another day I didn’t have to take off work. When I called to cancel my appt, the person couldn’t find an appt for me. Hmmm, sad that your staff wasn’t honest and forthcoming with the fix that should have been completed before I picked up the car. I have always had excellent service with your shop before this. Hopefully, your staff will understand how important the simple small routine things can be. More

Courteous and personal.exceptional when it comes to detail. Dealership that goes above and beyond.
