If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. Lexus of Sacramento has sold us not one but TWO cars that they do not have the title to, therefore making it impossible to legally register. M would. My family and I are stuck driving around a car we pay $800 a month for, for a car that we legally cannot drive and have been pulled over and told that if we continue to drive the vehicle we will risk a misdemeanor, tickets, and the car getting impounded. Christian told us that “yes, we realize this isn’t that big of a deal but we will pay any fees that incur”. So they recognize what they’re doing is illegal but it’s also “not that big of a deal”. We have been repeatedly lied to from everyone in the dealership about where the title is and everyone refuses to help us remediate this problem. They are liars, crooks, and will do anything to get you into a car & once they do, it’s YOUR problem. Now we are stuck, like I said above, paying over $800 a month for a car we cannot drive. My husband has no way to get to work unless he does so illegally. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP. More
