From initial inquiry everything went by fast an smooth. I submit credit application, drivers license and insurance card while on the way to the dealership. I told them what finance places I would like to go submit credit application, drivers license and insurance card while on the way to the dealership. I told them what finance places I would like to go through and they submit only directly to them rather than other places that would not benefit me. I paid for a full car detail, inside and outside. When driving in bright sun, I noticed the front windshield was streaked and the cleaning substance was missing on parts of the center console. I called driving in bright sun, I noticed the front windshield was streaked and the cleaning substance was missing on parts of the center console. I called Sac Lexus service and had to take my car back in that week. Once there I waited a long time so I went to the attendant. I was taken to another girl who could not find a record of my car being there. Finally a person told me my car was out there and Christine, the service agent gave me a card with a free detail next time. She also had cleaned the windshield and applied the missing cleaning solution herself. Several days later I tried to pull down the back seats to carry my dog in her crate. The head rests had been pulled up and not replaced. I called service again and the girl was unable to explain how to get the head rests down. She said to bring the car back in. I worked on the head rests for a time and finally got them back down. I have most always received top service from Sacramento Lexus in the past. I think probably these last issues were due to current construction of the new building and thus the regular routines are upended. I will return to Sac Lexus in the future. More
