My experience was pretty unsatisfactory. The 2nd key to the car I purchased could not be found. I was told they would find it and send it to me. It didn't come and when I checked I was told one had been the car I purchased could not be found. I was told they would find it and send it to me. It didn't come and when I checked I was told one had been ordered. THEN I get a message saying I have to drive back to Sscramento to get it programmed! It's going to cost me fuel money and time off work. EVEN WORSE I got another voice mail today saying the fuel pump will also be replaced while I'm there. FUEL PUMP? No one told me there's a recall on the fuel pump!! That should have been handled before I purchased the car. I am not happy about this situation at all. More
