My friends have told me, the mechanics would not change the oil and oil filter and they would just tell me the service is done. I have seen this experience, when we rented a van to commute to work. While I was standing by the van, they claimed they have changed the oil, oil filter and rotate the tires. I could see, there are no rotation. Before, I stopping by, during the service, when I just handed the keys, I have noticed the oil was so dark as black when their job was done. More

My dad and I have continued service with Lexus of Sac since he bought his 2004 RX 330 back in 2009. He now owns a 2012 RX 350, and I have since acquired the RX 330. Lost the chain and keys on my remote. When I left never even said they were sorry and never followed up with me. I said to look at the camera that they were on my remote they just gave excuses. It had a very special swarovski Mickey Mouse keyring that was my friends who died May 30, 2020 and it was special and could not be replaced because it was hers. I told them when I left if they did not find the keys etc that was on my remote I will never buy a car from them again. You got it I never have heard back from them!!!!! In the last 15 years I have owned 6 Lexus. My next one will be brought somewhere else I guess!!!!!!!! More
