After closely listening to my summary of the car and features I was looking for, along with my budget preferences, Sales Manager Jamal Kabir was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating in patiently confirming my identified needs, and clarifying LEXUS special leasing program details. He quickly provided me with a simple projected financial summary of the potential transaction that met my offered leasing needs/financial requirements if I wanted to move forward after choosing and test driving my choice of several cars he offered to meet my terms. When my wife and I later determined the need to consider LEXUS models with added features not earlier considered, he extended similar cooperative pricing and car inventory choices (even bringing another car/color choice without my asking from another site), prompting a timely, non-pressure sales experience. Sales Representatives Kathy Conole and Robert Escobosa fulfilled all of my pre-sale and post sale requirements with similar friendly professionalism, and, lastly, Mark Castoreno and Ray Ramirez made sure that our post-sale technical service and financing process experiences were first rate as well. This was our first LEXUS-but it won't be the last. More

She always has a smile and is so personable and friendly. I shared with her a concern I had about the premature wear my front seats were displaying. She quickly put me in contact with Dave Torkelsen and he was super awesome. He surveyed my vehicle and within a couple of weeks the problem was resolved without any inconvenience on my part. Dave's follow through and reassurance that he was working behind the scenes on my behalf, made me feel like I was a valued customer and that he really cared.
